Research interests

My main research fields are molecular biology and biochemistry. I am currently working as a teaching assistant in biochemistry class at the Faculty of Biology. I find this area of science the most interesting, and working on projects in this field helped me acquire many useful skills I may use in future for future research projects. The beauty of molecular biology lies in its versatility, thus laboratory skills acquired in one type of research can be used for many others. During my studies I have been interested in other branches of science, such as molecular aspects of virology, cell biology and signaling, molecular evolution, molecular biology of cancer, molecular endocrinology, molecular parasitology, molecular biology of plants to name a few. There are many unanswered questions in all those fields of molecular biology, and the answers to them may improve quality of life of all people around the world. My scientific research is driven with very strong desire to help people with new scientific discoveries.
